Thank you! I can’t say I have ever eaten them, and I don’t think I would now, simply because they are under environmental threats. But I bet they were great, as these guys are great jumpers!

I thought in the story from H.D Thoreau to you someone would have had a meal of frog legs. I have not tasted any since I was a kid as my father had a friend who would bring a mess to us once a season. They were delicious.
